The semi-detached house is ideally designed for up to four people, who can rest in two cozy double beds. A special highlight for families is the layout of the rooms on the upper floor, where the bathroom is directly adjacent to one of the bedrooms, while on the ground floor a separate guest toilet provides additional comfort. The sheltered, private garden with an inviting sun terrace forms the heart of the property and offers the whole family space to linger and barbecue in the open air. To ensure that your vacation starts stress-free, the beds are already freshly made upon your arrival, and a set of hand towels and kitchen towels is ready. A practical starter package with hygiene and cleaning items as well as the final cleaning and laundry already included complete the all-inclusive carefree package. Thanks to the on-site parking space and the excellent connections, you can reach the historic island of Lindau and the train station in just about seven minutes by car or conveniently via the nearby bike paths. The location is also a first-class starting point for a variety of leisure activities: From water sports and golf to wellness visits to the new Therme Lindau or ski trips in winter, everything can be reached in a short time. A bike rental in the immediate vicinity invites you to actively explore the region, while you can wind down the evening in the smoke-free atmosphere of the house or with a cigarette in the well-kept garden. Amenities for a completely carefree stay: Upon your arrival, you will find freshly made beds, carefully prepared hand towels, full size towels and dish towels, as well as a starter package with cleaning, dishwashing and hygiene products. Final cleaning, bed linens and one set of towels per person per week are included in the price; additional towel sets can be booked at any time if needed. The tourist tax is charged separately and paid to the municipality. Things to Note: Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on this property. Flexible arrivals and departures are possible seven days a week, and thanks to the key safe provided, nothing stands in the way of a late arrival.
