The property features one bathroom, bright living spaces and water views from the balcony, lounge room and several bedrooms. Just a short walk to the shoreline and local cafes, it offers the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. With the boat ramp only a few minutes drive away, it is ideal for boating trips, weekend escapes and simple lakeside living on Lake Macquarie. Other things to note A starter welcome kit is provided with basic essentials such as toiletries, dishwashing liquid, and toilet paper etc. Please note, these are supplied to get you started and are not replenished during your stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items they may require. Linen is provided for all beds, including quilt covers and pillowcases. Flat sheets are not supplied. Please note, being located on the east coast of Australia, occasional sightings of insects such as cockroaches can occur depending on the season and weather, despite regular pest control.
