The space The house is designed for short and long stays ideal for families, temporary relocations, contractors, project teams and travelling professionals. We’ve designed our five bedrooms to provide the ultimate in comfort & total flexibility, ensuring every guest enjoys a restful, high-end stay. Every room features its own Smart TV and premium linens for that "hotel feel" at home. • Bedroom 1 & 2: Light-filled, spacious doubles—perfect for couples or solo travelers wanting extra room. • Bedroom 3 & 4 (The Flex Rooms): Our most versatile spaces. These feature "zip and link" beds that can be set up as a plush Super-King for a luxury feel or split into two Twin beds, ideal for children, friends, or colleagues. • Bedroom 5: A cozy, quiet double room tucked away for maximum privacy and a great night’s sleep. • Living & Social Spaces: You have full access to our expansive, open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area—the heart of the home, perfect for shared meals and morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need, microwave, and air fryer to make cooking easy. Breakfast is easy with the Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. It also comprises of a washing machine and dishwasher. There are two living spaces both with TV's providing versatility for guests. The hub area great for socialising and for quieter moments, retreat to the separate snug, an ideal spot for movie nights or getting lost in a good book. • Outdoors - There is a large well lit quiet private garden for relaxing, separate smoking area for guests. There is a lake with beautiful walks on the door step and multiple children's play areas within a couple of minutes walk. Within a few mins walk is a local small supermarket and takeaway. Guest access During your stay, the entire house is yours to enjoy, offering a seamless blend of social hubs and private retreats. • Outdoor & Parking: Guests are welcome to use the private garden and our spacious driveway, which comfortably accommodates multiple vehicles.
