Tranquil Lodge – peaceful country stay by the sea

Tranquil Lodge is a private annexe beside our home in Minster-on-Sea, overlooking open fields where rabbits and horses are often spotted. Ideal for two (flexible for three), with a king bed and single sofa bed, plus baby items on request. Just a 10-minute walk to the cliffs + beach, with country and coastal walks from the door. Fully equipped kitchen, parking, garden, EV charging, vanity/desk, Wi-Fi + TV with Apple TV (guests sign into their own apps). A calm base for exploring Minster and Kent. The space Inside, the lodge is cosy and well equipped for an easy stay. There’s a very comfortable king-size bed and an additional single sofa bed for occasional use, plus space for a baby (travel cot and high chair available on request). The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped, making it suitable for short or longer stays. Outside, there’s seating where you can sit quietly and enjoy the fresh air. Accommodation comprises: - Open plan living area with comfortable seating (two sofas, one being a single armchair sofa bed suitable for one person + 3 seater sofa) and TV with Apple TV with TV apps and option for you to sign into streaming platforms. Double doors lead to a patio with outdoor seating. - Bright fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, and washing machine, with table and breakfast bar with seating. - Bathroom with WC, hand basin, cupboard, towel rail and walk in shower cubicle. - A stair takes you upstairs to a bright and airy bedroom with king sized bed, dressing table and beside cabinet, with chest of drawers, and wardrobe. Travel cot with bottom sheet available upon request. Guest access You will have full access to the lodge and outside seating area. Although the lodge sits within our home grounds, your space is separate and private. Other things to note Tranquil Lodge is detached and separate from our main home, where we are in residence. The lodge has its own dedicated parking and a private entrance. Our main house has a separate garden but you may see us working in our allotment. Outside, there’s seating within a secure fenced garden where you can sit quietly and enjoy the fresh air and views of the fields with rabbits and horses. We love welcoming well-behaved dogs and are delighted they get to enjoy a holiday too! As part of being a dog-friendly property, we kindly ask that dogs are not left unattended in the lodge for extended periods. Towels and bed linen are provided. EV charging point available upon request and charged at cost per night.
