Main Floor on the Ground Floor (Day and Rest Area): A spectacular living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, completely surrounded by windows that open to the garden and the 30m² pool. The heart of the Villa, designed for coexistence. The designer kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, a central island, and everything you need to explore the rich Basque cuisine. The rest area has three elegant double rooms, each with direct access to the garden. One of them has a private bathroom, while the other two share a second full bathroom. First Floor (The Presidential Suite): A private sanctuary of luxury and comfort. The master suite occupies the entire upper floor and offers a double bed with panoramic views of the garden and mountain, a private bathroom with a spacious shower, a dedicated office area with a desk (ideal for digital nomads), and a private outdoor terrace, an intimate corner to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Floor -1 (El Txoko Vasco): This multifunctional space is the soul of Basque culture. It has a perfect kitchen and dining room to prepare pintxos or informal dinners, a leisure area with foosball to challenge your friends, a private sauna as an oasis of well-being to disconnect body and mind, and a full bathroom for greater comfort. In addition, it has a private garage with capacity for 5 vehicles. Outdoor: A haven of peace with a 240m² garden and a 30m² pool. Enjoy the outdoors in the comfortable hammocks and garden furniture, or an outdoor dinner in the outdoor dining area.
