No Party & Noise Policy The property is located in a residential zone and operates under strict NSW Short-Term Rental Accommodation regulations. Parties, excessive noise, and inappropriate behaviour are not permitted and may result in eviction, police involvement, and additional charges. Security Cameras The property has several external security cameras monitoring the front entrance, the rear of the property, and the swimming pool.
