A well-equipped kitchen overlooking the herb garden and orchard completes the perfect setting. The space OUR HOME: - Spacious and light, air-conditioned open-plan kitchen, living and dining area with comfortable leather lounge, large fireplace, television, and shelves full of reading material. - Well-appointed and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large refrigerator, excellent quality oven, extensive bench space and lovely outlook onto a herb garden and home orchard. - Elegant formal sitting room with fireplace and grand piano. - Third sitting room with additional television. - Bedroom 1: Large master bedroom with King Bed, Ensuite & WIR - Bedroom 2: Queen bed, BIR - Bedroom 3: 2x Singles. BIR - Three-way bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. - Laundry with indoor hanging space, washing machine and dryer. - Large outdoor sitting and dining space overlooking the valley, frequently dotted with grazing cattle, kangaroos and other wildlife. - Gas BBQ for outdoor dining - Beautiful country gardens surrounding the house. - Tea and coffee provisions. - Television in main lounge area with free-to-air and DVD player. - 2nd television in sitting room with DVD-player only. - Cubby house, sandpit and a range of books and toys for children. Highchair available. Heating & Cooling: Our home offers ceiling fans in all bedrooms, a split system and a central hydronic heating system Parking: Guests can park in the driveway, ample space. Linen: High quality, fresh linen is included for your stay. Amenities: The home is well equipped with a coffee machine, coffee pods, tea, sugar, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning supplies. Wi-Fi High speed Wi-Fi is complimentary and available for guests during their stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay. Other things to note The smaller, separate and self-contained cottage adjacent to the house is privately occupied. Wifi is now available at Parson’s Corner, and there is also good coverage with most mobile service providers. We regret that pets cannot be accommodated at Parson's Corner at this time. Parson's Corner is totally reliant on rainwater tanks (including the garden), and we would therefore greatly appreciate guests taking reasonable care with water usage.
