Nice apartment at a nice price + free parking/wifi

Large (70m2), 2 bedroom appartment at reasonnable rate with free parking, TV channels and wireless wifi. Separate entrance, parking space and outside area with furnitures. First floor in two floor house and very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food store, shopping mall, recreation area and bus stop. We always do thorough cleaning before arrival of new guests and execute contactfree check-in and out by use of a key box. Welcome :) The space The apartment is within walking distance to outdoor area, grocery store, bus stop, Porsgrunn city center, Herøya industrial park and shopping center. The apartment is well suited for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families. Guest access There is a private entrance and plenty of space for parking in front of the apartment. There is an equipped kitchen with dishwasher and the bathroom is newly renovated with a shower cabin. There is no washing machine in the bathroom but the host can assist with some laundry and otherwise just ask and we will try to find a solution if you have other needs. Other things to note NB! There are three beds, one large where there is plenty of space for two people and two regular beds. This means that if you are 4 people then it is arranged that 2 of you share a bed :) For guests staying longer than a week, we offer weekly laundry by appointment.
