The House: - Still new and Beautiful house surrounded by new houses - Fully Furnished SHARED House - Air conditioning and heater are in common areas only however price listed does NOT include usage of any of these NOR your own personal/portable unit (or belonging to the shared house), however we have warm quilts/blankets to cater for cold days and pedestal fan for warmer days! 4/ Note: Daily cleaning is not part of the fees charged, and some guests would not mind to clean the house often to keep it Covid-safe. But unfortunately, some other guests do not worry too much about cleaning and they will not receive 5-star reviews. Thanks for keeping the house cleaned and Covid safe (The house has all cleaning equipments, inc vacuum cleaner, mop, brooms, dust pan, non-chemical cleaning products (eg. sugar soap, vinegar, soap) to do “clean after yourself”) Are you ok with these? In summary: 1/ I’d like bring to your attention that this is a shared house 2/ Price listed not include any usage of aircond/heater (ie. No personal/portable unit of your own nor belonging to the shared house, however pedestal fan and warm quilts/ blankets are available). Or it will cost $1 per kWh if you use any of these! 3/ Cook, wash, shower, bathroom and toilet, fridge, pantry are inside the house and to share wth the other housemates/guests. Are you all ok with these? - Also, I will need to ask you (and everyone else in your group, if applicable) to be the guests whom I can give you a 5-star review. Buses to/from City. Buses to big shopping centre - This area is very convenient for Adelaide Uni, UniSA students and Regency Tafe students In the Area: - Very close to Asian Grocery shops and big shopping centre and all facilities - Nice host and a lovely area to stay I really hope that you enjoy your stay here in Adelaide!
