It is equipped with a television and a charming corner fireplace that creates a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The window offers an enchanting view of the ancient church, while the exposed beams add character and charm to the environment. Guests have access to a new refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster and everything they need to cook, with new dishes, plates, glasses and cutlery. The large and very bright living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking: comfortable sofa, desk, 55" LED TV and a large wardrobe. The exclusive view of the bell tower guarantees maximum privacy and silence. The double bedroom, intimate and cozy, has a window with shutters, ideal for a quiet and regenerating rest. The spacious and functional bathroom is equipped with a sliding door, window, shower and large shelves, offering all the space you need for maximum comfort. The windows and the wooden door, all new, are equipped with mosquito nets, to ensure well-being in every season. The property is completed by a large dry cellar, accessible from the entrance hall, used as a laundry room: here you will find a washing machine, a large sink and an ideal space for bicycles, suitcases and equipment. There is also a bed with an additional mattress, useful for any extra needs. Guest access Quiet with a private landing located on the first floor. Ideal for two people or for couples with one child. Other things to note Parking directly below the house or the possibility of 2 parking lots 50 m away. Narni-Amelia train station, connected to Rome and Orte, is about a 10-minute drive away. There is a regional bus service with a stop in the country. Bike rental is available for a fee, with the option of having the bikes delivered to the cottage. Personal trainer available for one-on-one indoor and outdoor fitness sessions for an additional fee. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
