The property offers free parking for up to 15 cars right by the property, in a peaceful village location with fast access to hiking, mountain scenery and the Sierra Nevada. A communal swimming pool is available seasonally from 1 July to 30 September. The property is also well placed for access to Yegen and the local Alpujarra villages, the Poqueira Gorge villages (Pampaneira, Bubión, Capileira), Sierra Nevada National Park, Béznar Reservoir (Embalse de Béznar), and multiple local hiking routes including GR routes and village-to-village walks starting from or near Yegen. Other things to note Legal registration of travellers is carried out in accordance with Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021. All guests are required to provide their National Identity Document (Documento Nacional de Identidad, DNI) or passport for registration with the Spanish National Police; this is requested only for confirmed bookings, a few days before arrival via a link. Waste must be deposited in the bins placed in the streets between 20:00 and 23:00 from Monday to Saturday.
