The house is located just next to the ocean and a nice beach. Ballen is a small village just 400 meters aways where you will find the marina, shops, fishmonger, a supermarket and more. You’ll also find a number of good restaurants, cafés and a disco. Ballen is the place to be in Denmark in the summer. Samsø is a beautiful island in the middle of Kattegat just 2,5 hours drive from Copenhagen including the ferry. The house is located just a few kilometers from Samsø Golf course. A beautiful 18 hole seaside golf course. The house is located close to nature and the many cozy villages where you can buy local produce fresh from the farms. Samsøs biggest city, Tranebjerg, is only 4 km away. Here you can go shopping in the two supermarkets and along the main street.
