My homely detached coastal cottage is walking distance to the sandy beaches of Pobbles and Three Cliffs Bay. Southgate has a Greek deli which does take away food and sit down brunch, a popular coffee shop with a lovely local store attached. There is also a pub and golf club that serve food. The cottage is very spacious with a very large entertaining room off the kitchen. The bathrooms are currently being renovated so no photos as yet, but they will be stunning ! Dog friendly. Parking The space The cottage is entered into a large room with a vast dining table seating 14, cosy snug area with sofas and a woodburner. From there there is a good sized kitchen with an electric range cooker, fridge freezer, Belfast sink and island unit and 2 large larder units. The kitchen opens into the garden with French windows. There is a good sized living room with large windows overlooking the lovely mature garden. There is a downstairs toilet and laundry area. There is a downstairs bedroom with facilities which will be accessible to anyone with disabilities. Upstairs there are three further cottage style bedrooms one of those ensuite. There is a freestanding French style bateau bath in one bathroom and a double shower in the family bathroom. These are all newly renovated and refurbished. The garden is private, secure and gated. There is a decked patio area, garden table and chairs and garden loungers. There is a BBQ and a gas pizza oven for your use.
