Please note that the apartment is located on an upper floor in a lively, dusty area, so a small amount of dust may sometimes be noticeable. Very rare pest sightings may occur. There are also a few minor paint stains in certain areas due to recent touch-ups. Guest access You’ll have full private access to your apartment. The staircase is shared with the host and guests may also access the rooftop area, which is unfinished, simple and small mainly for views and fresh air. Rooftop Note: The floor leading up to the rooftop is unfinished and the stairs do not have guardrails so please be very careful and watch your step. Other things to note Important Note: This is a simple, budget-friendly stay offered at an affordable rate. A portion of the money you pay for the booking goes toward platform fees, bank charges, and transaction fees so Guests are kindly encouraged to expect the amenities and features clearly listed and shown in the photos and description. The washing machine is available for use at a cost. It’s a one-time fee that covers your entire stay, and the amount depends on how long you stay. Power is very reliable, and outages are rare. If one does occur, a power bank is provided for charging devices and powering the LED light behind the TV for room lighting. Please note that there is a friendly outdoor cat on the property that may occasionally be around during your stay. There is no hot water system in the bathroom. A bucket is provided, and guests may use the electric kettle to prepare warm water for bathing if needed.
