The idea for this listing came from seeing a social-media post from a street performer looking for an affordable place to stay (“even a couch”) while passing through Cork. I wanted to offer a safe, simple, affordable place to those needing something on a short-term basis at last minute(or as a last resort). The space Please read carefully before booking: • This listing is for a couch in a shared living room • Privacy is limited compared to a bedroom listing - I work evenings so return between 11:30pm/12am and will go straight to my room. • Normal household noise may occur • Host is present in the home • Best suited for short stays and easygoing guests What you’ll get: ✔ Clean bedding/Towel ✔ Wi-Fi ✔ Kitchen access ✔ Bathroom access ✔ Local tips if you want them If you’re looking for hotel-level comfort or full privacy, this listing may not be the right fit. Guest access You’ll have access to the bathroom, kitchen, and shared living space. The living room will be your private space once I have gone to my room. Other things to note • This listing is for a stay on a sofa, not a bed/sofabed. • The living room is a shared space - full privacy from 11:30pm/12am as I work evenings but will go directly to my room on return. • No smoking inside • No additional guests • Quiet hours: 11:30pm12am–7am • Clean up after using kitchen or bathroom • Respect shared living space • No parties or events • I have a dog • Access to the city via the 208 bus or 10 minutes by car.
