La Casa - WiFi-Jacuzzi- Netflix-No cleaning Fee

A spacious and quiet apartment in the COUNTRYSIDE of Cabo Rojo with all you need to create unforgettable memories. ¡We want to be your "home away from home"! The space The House is a two-bedroom apartment with A/C in each room. It has a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room with central air conditioning, and a bathroom. A spacious patio with a Jacuzzi, chairs and a picnic table for the exclusive use of the guest. The amenities, patio and jacuzzi at “La Casa” are not shared. Wi-Fi and Netflix included. Here's how we operate: Rooms will be opened based on the number of guests reflected in the reservation: • 1 - 2 people: 1 room open • 3 - 4 people: 2 rooms open 3 to 4 guests: It is important that each guest be registered on the reservation, as there will be an automatic price change after two guests. We will also be able to determine when we will leave the second room open. Maximum of 4 guests per booking. The property is multi-family and consists of 3 apartments. There is “La Casa” and two additional apartments where my mom and I live, so you will have assigned parking spaces. Parking is available for up to two cars per reservation. 1 CAR - You have the space from the red marker to the post. 2 CARS - The first vehicle is parked vertically on the grass, blocking the gate, as if it were a ramp, and the second vehicle is blocking the first vehicle. It is important that you park in the assigned space to maximize the space and be able to park our 3 vehicles + your vehicle(s). Do not use neighbors' parking spaces. REMEMBER: Although we are within walking distance of the most beautiful beaches, the city center and the most enriching dining area in the western area, our location is in a rural area. Small streets, vegetation, and the occasional curve in the road. It is important to describe it and let you know so that it does not affect us when we receive your review in the area of the location of the space. Thank you 🙏. Guest access After making the reservation, it is very important to read every detail of our Arrival Guide, as it is our main tool to ensure that you have a successful check-in. Because we go to bed early, we cannot guarantee that we will respond to messages urgently after 8:00 PM. Other things to note Important information: We depend exclusively on the public electricity and water services provided by the corresponding companies in Puerto Rico (AAA, AEE, LUMA and GENERA). By confirming the reservation, you agree that any interruption of said services caused by the provider will not result in the cancellation of the reservation or any refund. Luma Energy is performing load relays island-wide, leaving us without electricity for several hours. We do not have solar panels or an electric generator. If the power goes out, we have to wait. We have a water cistern. If the power goes out, it will work by gravity, so you may notice a change in the water pressure. We have a solar water heater, so even if the power goes out, we will have hot water. On rainy or cloudy days, we do not guarantee boiling hot water. The water will come out warm. Our neighborhood loves dogs. It's not all the time, but you may hear the occasional bark. We are a community and there are situations that we cannot control, such as: 1. Early cleaning of the courtyard 2. The garbage truck (passes by every Wednesday early in the morning) In the event of extraordinary situations (construction), we will post it in this same section. If the keys are lost, we must apply charges, both for a new lock (the same or similar) and for the installation. We have a hen that is part of our family, and you may hear her. Early check-in - subject to availability. An additional cost of $10 per hour (from 1 min to 60 min) before 3:00 pm. We do not do late check-outs. The cleaning process takes me from 11:01 AM to 2:50 PM. Every minute late you leave is one more chance that I won't finish in time for our next guests. Additional charges will apply for late checkout. There will be a $35.00 late check-out charge after 11:00 a.m. sharp. Lost, stained or torn towels - a charge of $10.00 will be applied in each case. For odors inside the house from cigarettes or other substances, a $100.00 fee will apply. Please, the fact that we don't charge a cleaning fee is not an excuse to trash the place. Thank you. VISITORS: MUST BE PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED. 1. They must not have access to the keys or the code. 2. The visit time must not exceed what is established (two hours maximum). 3. They must not stay overnight or be in the space in the absence of the guests. In these cases, the number of guests per night will be modified through the Airbnb app. 4. There will be an additional charge of $30.00 for each unauthorized visitor. 5. They must not replace guests who are part of the reservation. 6. Each additional guest beyond the maximum of 4 allowed who stays overnight on the property will be charged as a visitor (per person per night). There are no facilities for more than 4 guests. As always, my mom and I are extremely grateful for the support you have given us. We took the month of February 2026 until March 9, 2026, closed Serendipity and El Backyard (our previous Airbnbs), moved into them, and fixed up La Casa to reopen our doors in a more convenient and simple way. Our lives deserved this big change, and thanks to the universe, we can say that we are healthy and happy. Please take care of our space. We do it with a lot of love and sacrifice. This place is very precious to me and to us; it's my childhood home and I want to be able to take care of it.
