It is located on the third floor of a building standing alone with a beautiful view from its balcony. This private apartment is ideal for 2 people, but can also accommodate two more guests on the double sofa bed in the living room. Waking up in the morning, enjoying your breakfast in the veranda with a beautiful view over the sea and Zante town, you can then walk down a 300m distance to the vibrant town centre of Zakynthos. Guest access The apartment is equipped with: • High-speed Wi-fi internet • Air-conditioning • Fly screens on all windows/doors • LCD Smart TV with Netflix • Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, cooking utensils) • Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster • Washing machine • Fresh bed linen and towels Other things to note "Flexible" check-in/-out time policy: I will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if I have a guest leaving that morning, as I need to allow them to check out and prepare the apartment for you. However, I can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the apartment will usually be ready by noon or 1pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the apartment if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
