In particular, during the quiet hours (10:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m.), the presence of additional persons is not allowed. Quiet hours and order. There are quiet hours on the property. There is a total ban on organizing parties and loud gatherings. No smoking. Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes and other tobacco products is strictly forbidden throughout the apartment. Violation of the ban results in the charging of a cleaning fee for refreshing the apartment. Pets are welcome We accept pets in our apartment upon prior notification before arrival. We want your pet to be able to accompany you comfortably on your journey. The stay of the animal is associated with an additional service fee, intended for extended cleaning and preparation of the apartment for subsequent guests.  Please let us know about your planned arrival with a pet at the booking stage. Parking Parking is allowed only in the designated parking space assigned to the apartment.
