Welcome to Paradise! This peaceful property, nestled amidst a breathtaking view of the sea and the nearby historic center of Maratea, is caressed by the cool hillside breeze. Two large panoramic terraces, outdoor dining area, sun deck and outdoor shower, relaxation corner, reserved parking space. Equipped with all amenities, barrier-free, a small but well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living area, with window screens and heating. It can be experienced all year round. The space The house is one of the two units into which the villa is divided. It is exposed to the south, so it receives the sun all year round but is cool in summer also because it is caressed by the breeze that descends from the mountains. It is livable throughout the year as it is equipped with heating. It is completely panoramic, and the living room is attached to a patio from which you can admire the town of Maratea and the Cristo on top of the mountain. The width of the internal doors is 80 cm. Access to the house is step-free, as is the interior. One of the bedrooms is large enough to accommodate a crib. Two parking spaces are available to guests. Near the terrace/solarium there is an outdoor shower. The house is equipped with mosquito nets. You can safely drink the water that flows from the tap, it is one of the best in Italy! Guest access You can exclusively use the two panoramic terraces, in front of and behind the house. The ground floor is at your disposal, for exclusive use. If we, the owners, are there, we will share the parking lot and the access area on the floor below (stairs and/or ramp), but the two apartments are completely separate and independent. If the owners are present, the parking space and the access area on the floor below (stairs and/or ramp) will be shared, but the two apartments are completely separate and independent, and you will be the only guest at the property.
