The perfect place for a family vacation in a beautiful house surrounded by nature with a sea view (70 meters from the beach) and the mountain. The home features free Internet and Netflix The space The property has private parking for 2 cars. You can go to the beach by private stairs. Δωρεάν parking για 2 αυτοκίνητα Guest access Guests can use all the areas and equipment of the property. The guests can use all the spaces and the equipment of the house. Other things to note Parties are not allowed and you must comply with the quiet - resting hours. You can use the barbeque anytime you want. After usage you have the responsibility to clean the equipment. You will find clean sheets and bathroom towels. We provide new set of clean sheets and bathroom towels every 5 days but there are no house cleaning services during your stay. In case you need a new set of clean sheets earlier please contact us. You must keep the house in good and clean condition. In case of any damages at the property you must inform the host as soon as possible and depending on the damage there may be extra charge in order to be fixed. The house can accommodate 4 persons plus 2 at the living room bed-sofa with extra charge of 8 euro per person / per night. Pets are not allowed. Note that you must have a car or a bike to approach the house. ------------------ ENGLISH ---------------- Parties are not allowed, and guests must keep the quite hours. You can use Barbeque without restriction but you will need to take care of its cleaning after use. You'll find fresh sheets and towels that we change every 5 days. In case the sheets get dirty earlier please let us know. We don't provide house cleaning services during your stay. In case of any damage please let us know immediately. Please note that depending on the type of damage you may need to be charged extra. The house can host 4 people and two extra people on the living room sofa beds at an additional cost of 8 euros / person / night. Pets are not allowed.
