Private first-floor apartment in a classic villa in Sønderho on Fanø – ideal for two adults. Private bedroom, lounge, bathroom, and a large, private west-facing balcony. Kitchenette with electric kettle, fridge and air fryer (no stove). Access via a shared entrance and a steep staircase to the 2nd floor – therefore not suitable for those with mobility difficulties. I live on the ground floor, but you have your own floor and private balcony. The space You'll be staying on the 1st floor of Villa Ellen The first floor contains: • Bedroom with double bed (180 x 200) • Small lounge with sofa and armchair • Private bathroom with shower in bathtub • Kitchenette with electric kettle, fridge, service and airfryer • Private, west-facing balcony with dining table and evening sun • Free Wi-Fi • Parking by the house There is no stove or oven. The place is therefore best suited for guests who eat out and use the home as a quiet base. The bathroom is older, but well maintained and updated with new fixtures and sink. The large, west-facing balcony is your private outdoor space with plenty of room and evening sun. There are cushions and blankets for cool evenings. Important to know: Access is via a common entrance and a steep, narrow staircase to the first floor. The stay is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or reduced mobility. I live on the ground floor myself, but you have your own floor and private balcony. It is quiet and undisturbed, and privacy is of course respected. I'll welcome you personally upon arrival. From the house you can walk to: • Beach and dunes • Local restaurants and cafes • Galleries and small shops • Paths to the marsh and Hønen Nordby is about a 15-minute drive away and offers additional restaurants and views of the harbor.
