Check-In and Check-Out Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 NN. These times must be strictly observed. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to prior approval and availability. An additional charge of ₱200 per hour shall apply. 2. Maximum Occupancy Only the number of guests declared in the reservation are permitted to stay in the unit. Unregistered visitors and overnight guests are strictly prohibited. A penalty of ₱1,000 per excess person shall be charged. 3. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all non-designated areas of the building. Any violation shall be subject to penalties and additional cleaning fees. A ₱15,000 penalty charge will be imposed for non-compliance. 4. Pets Only cats or small dogs are allowed, subject to prior approval. A fee of ₱100 per pet shall apply, along with an additional ₱500 cleaning fee. 5. Care and Use of the Unit Guests are required to exercise due care in the use of all furnishings, fixtures, and appliances. Any damage must be reported immediately to the unit owner or property manager. All damages shall be charged accordingly. 6. Cleanliness and Waste Disposal Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness throughout their stay and to dispose of trash properly in designated disposal areas only. Waste disposal rules are posted near the front door and must be strictly followed. Please, do not flush tissue or other non-biodegradable items in the toilet. 7. Utilities and Appliances All electrical appliances, lights, and air-conditioning units must be turned off when not in use. Appliances must be operated strictly according to the provided instructions. 8. Use of Common Areas and Amenities Guests must comply with all condominium rules and regulations when using common areas and amenities. Amenities such as the pool, gym, and roof deck are available until 10:00 PM only. Proper attire and appropriate behavior are required at all times. 9. Prohibited Acts Any illegal, unsafe, or immoral activities within the premises are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of stay without refund, with additional charges applied if necessary. 10. Liability for Loss or Damage Guests shall be held liable for any loss, damage, or missing items incurred during their stay. Charges shall depend on the extent and severity of the damage.
