A well-deserved rest, with pure water that descends from the spring, goes to the pool and refreshes you. The space A cozy HOUSE, with 2 large BEDROOMS, 1 double bed and 1 single bed in each. Bed linen, towels, pillows and blankets/duvet and 2 large fans are available. Accommodates 6 people comfortably. OPEN KITCHEN with utensils for preparing basic meals (pots, cutlery, glasses, mugs, dishes, basic utensils, coffee maker, etc.) new stove, clay filter and frost-free refrigerator. LIVING ROOM with 4-seater table and sofa. BATHROOM with electric shower. Spacious wooden DECK with 2 hammocks, small table and 4 chairs. Rustic STONE POOL with pure spring water, surrounded by preserved cerrado, with panoramic views of the mountains. Next to it there is a covered area, with 1 more simple bathroom, hot shower, sink, clothesline. GOURMET KITCHEN: A little corner to enjoy the pool, and, between one swim and another, have your meals outdoors, overlooking the mountain. It has a sink, stove, oven, charcoal barbecue, minibar and table with chairs FIRE PIT: space to enjoy with the family and see the stars. Covered GARAGE. TRAILS: Preserved Cerrado and forest to the springs. If you like to exercise in contact with nature, take the opportunity to hike the trails. It's very beautiful, pleasant, and you can still pick fruit. We have 2 trails for visitors and guests. The CASHEW TRAIL, through a dense forest, can reach the VIEWPOINT and you will see the entire region of beautiful mountains. This is a very special place, well preserved, part of the conservation unit and a great place for bird watching. The CERRADO TRAIL is a light trail, through a recovering cerrado. You can see traces of local wildlife and vegetation recovering to harbor more biodiversity. SPRING: Come and see the preserved spring that supplies the property. Since we arrived here, this heritage has been cared for with a lot of love and attention to keep the place as original as possible. SAF: Agroforestry System, based on the knowledge of syntropic agriculture. The project was started in July 2019, with the first planting in November 2019, done by nature-friendly volunteers. It is available for a visit and tour. ORGANIC GARDEN: We grow some food and spices that can be shared, if available. Talk to the caretaker about it. Guest access The entire house and pool area. You can visit the SAF - Agroforestry System, springs, Caju Trail and Cerrado Trail. Other things to note Simple place, with the basics, but cozy and clean. The surrounding nature is intense and preserved. It is 7 km from the city, without the noise of parties, the hustle and bustle of the city and neighbors. The caretaker and his family live nearby and can help with anything you need. It is a rural property, in nature, with well-preserved vegetation and animals and insects such as snakes, spiders, and scorpions appear, as they are part of this ecosystem. We are very careful with regular pest control, but we ask for attention when walking, putting on shoes, using towels and bed linens, etc. We now offer access to the WI-FI network, a courtesy for our guests!
