If you are having some sort of celebration and need a home where you can party, play very loud music and entertain persons who are not guests, this is unfortunately not the home for you. Just a few minutes from Indigo Beach, which features a restaurant with sunbeds and umbrellas. Nearby beaches include Indigo Beach, Simpson Bay Beach, Divi Beach & Philipsburg Great Bay Beach. Located 15 minutes from Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM) and 30 minutes from Grand Case Airport (L'Esperance). Getting around Simpson Bay is reachable within 10 minutes by car Philipsburg is reachable within 10 minutes by car Marigot is reachable within 15 minutes by car - Mullet Bay & Maho beach are reachable within 15 minutes by car Grand case is reachable in 30 minutes by car A parking space is available within the residence. To make the most of your stay in SXM, we highly recommend renting a car.
