With an impressive balcony of 110 sqm, you can enjoy the fresh sea air and the spectacular views. Here, unforgettable moments await in our Jacuzzi with sea views or relaxation on the sandy beach after a refreshing swim. Our single-storey house is designed to give you a comfortable and relaxing experience. On the balcony, you can relax in the exclusive Jacuzzi while looking out over the glittering sea. For the ultimate relaxation, our wood-fired beach sauna is down by the beach, complete with shower and hot water, to create memorable sauna baths while the waves cluck nearby. The house comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Two elegant bedrooms are equipped with generous 180 cm beds, in the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed with a width of 140 cm The living room is equipped with a cozy wood-burning fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere during chilly evenings. The modern kitchen offers all the amenities you need, including a dishwasher and wine cooler. The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with an electric sauna, surrounded by dark tiles that create a feeling of being in a cave – an oasis for relaxation. For boat-borne guests, our property also offers a private jetty, perfect for boats up to 50 feet. Water and electricity are available at the jetty. For fishing enthusiasts, this area is a true paradise. You can easily get a fishing license online at Kalakortti or iFiske. The fishing area is called Lumpo Fiskelag and offers fantastic opportunities to catch exciting species such as pike and perch. The balcony is built to offer the best of outdoor living: a dining area with seating for 6 people, a comfortable sofa group with a two-seater sofa and two armchairs as well as sun loungers. For the barbecue enthusiast, there is a gas grill, and if you prefer shade, a parasol is available. Experience an unbeatable combination of sea proximity, comfort and luxury in my unique property.
