For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping of tobacco, cannabis, or any other substance is strictly prohibited inside the unit and on balconies. If, after checkout, we detect tobacco or cannabis odour or find signs of smoking/vaping, such as cigarette butts, ashes, or burns, a $250 ozone treatment fee will be charged. This is in addition to any costs for repairing related damage, if applicable.
