The space The property is an entire three-story house (in Thailand, the ground level is called the first floor). First floor: The entrance level, with one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Second floor: A living hall and one bedroom. This bedroom will be opened only for bookings of 4–6 guests. Have Fan but no A/C. Third floor: A spacious master bedroom with a living room, air conditioning, and a private en-suite bathroom. If you book for two guests, you will stay on this floor. The main beds are queen size. For the 5th and 6th guests, we will provide additional floor mattresses. Neighbors area ; 1. Certainly. It is very close to Tao Poon MRT Station, which is an interchange station connecting the MRT Blue Line and the MRT Purple Line. 2. Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Terminal. 3. Chatuchak Park and the famous Chatuchak Weekend Market. 4. Bang Pho Pier on the Chao Phraya River. 5. However, please kindly read the following details carefully before making a reservation. 1.We need your passport information for TM30 registration .(Notification of Residence for Foreigners ) 2.This is a very local townhome buiding with 3 floors so it's mean you have to go up by the stairs. 3. Here is self check-in by the lockbox but early check in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. Otherwise, you will be charged a fine of 500 THB per hour. 4. Here have the camera but just at the entrance of the house. 5. You can park the motorbike at the front of the house but the place for the car is just nearby and 100 bht/day. 6. Kindly keep your keys safe. A replacement fee of 1,000 THB will be charged for any lost the keys. 7. Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the unit, furniture, or shared facilities during their stay. 8. We kindly ask that you leave the room clean and tidy before check-out. 9. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Pls becareful because this house madefrom the Wood. We have the place for smoking at the last floor at the front of the shower room. Any smoke in the house will result in a 5,000 THB fine. 10. Please remove your shoes before entering the room. This is the one of Thai Culture. 11. Pets are allowed, with a maximum of two pets. Pets weighing over 7 kilograms will be charged an additional 500 THB per pet. Please take good care of cleanliness, especially your pets’ waste. You may dispose of pet waste in a trash bag and leave it in front of the house each day. 12. Please ensure that all air conditioners, lights, and electrical appliances are switched off, and that windows are fully closed each time you leave the room.
