The experience begins in the building's atrium, a safe, prestigious and finely renovated environment, where marble and cross vaults welcome you with elegance. From here, a modern elevator will quietly take you to the 4th floor. • The Living Area 🛋️​ The heart of the house is a large living room flooded with natural light. Equipped with a radiator and air conditioning to avoid external temperatures. There is also a 42-inch TV with Netflix. For your relaxation: The large blue sofa is not only beautiful to look at, but it turns into a comfortable sofa bed, making the apartment perfect for groups or small families. • Gourmet Kitchen 🍝​ Modern and super-equipped with induction hobs, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Also stocked with oil, salt and sugar. • The View 🏙️​ Large windows frame the magnificent frescoed façade of Palazzo Spinola (UNESCO World Heritage Site). • Double Room 🛏️​ The bright double bedroom is equipped with a large wardrobe to comfortably store your belongings. There will also be an air conditioner here for your needs. You will be given three comfortable towels per person, so that you do not miss anything. Guest access PARKING 🅿️​ There is the option of parking 300 meters from the apartment in the blue-stripe zones for only €1.30 for the first hour. From the second hour, €1.70, and from the third hour, €2.00. On Saturdays, the daily rate is €5. (It’s hard to find a spot.) Alternatively, you can book a space at Garage Olimpo in Genoa, one of the safest parking lots in the Genoa Centro area, for just €1.50 per hour or €12 per day. This parking lot opens at 7:30 a.m. and closes at 9:00 p.m. As a result, the car will be safe throughout the night. (Reservation recommended) Finally, the 24-hour option is the Genoa Aquarium parking lot, located just 300 meters from the apartment, for €2.20 per hour from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and €1.10 per hour from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Condominium spaces🏠​​ Inside the building you will find: - a mini condominium gym, equipped for your daily workout, useful for burning off the Genoese focaccia💪​ - A modern condominium laundry area, including a washer and dryer to manage your wardrobe with ease.👚​ - convenient reserved bike parking with garage 🚲 Other things to note Like every medieval historic center, the alleys of Genoa have an authentic and evocative charm.
