The space The property is located inside a renovated farmhouse where the owners live on the ground floor, while the apartment with independent entrance and private terrace is dedicated to guests. The apartment consists of an independent kitchen with a table and fireplace. This is equipped with all the services and tools to be able to prepare your own meals independently, finding when available the vegetables at km 0 of the permaculture garden. A living area with a sofa and bookcase with the possibility of different readings. There are three bedrooms: The master double room, with private bathroom and shower. The second double bedroom is very spacious, with the possibility of adding a third bed. The third is a delightful bedroom with a bunk bed, overlooking the private garden dedicated to guests, with exclusive use of the swimming pool. Finally, the main bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washing machine and a comfortable bathtub with shower for relaxing moments. Outside, a terrace of about 20 square metres will welcome you to enjoy your moments of relaxation: from the possibility of enjoying breakfasts and lunches sitting at the table or enjoying an aperitif at sunset on the sofas. It is possible to use the meditation and yoga room for immersive experiences of psycho-physical rebalancing. Guest access At the back of the house, the garden is reserved for guests. A small swimming pool, beach umbrellas and comfortable loungers and swings will allow you to enjoy your days outdoors with total privacy. Large private parking and separate entrance to the house.
