The accommodation measures 19.4 m² (entrance/living room/kitchen), 15 m², and 4.5 m² bathroom, located on the 1st floor with an elevator, ideal for a maximum of 2 people. It consists of a pleasant living room with a fully equipped kitchen: microwave oven, refrigerator, hob and dishwasher. You will also have a high-quality pull-out bed with premium bedding and cotton percale linens for hotel-quality comfort. For your leisure time, a TV with over 140 channels is available, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a washer dryer, for maximum comfort and independence during your stay. Upon arrival, you will find everything you need to feel right at home: towels, shower gel, shampoo, soap, as well as a moisturizing cream from the Savoyard brand La Savonnette, selected for its quality and authenticity. A welcome kit including a toothbrush, toothpaste, swim cap and cotton pads is also available. Coffee and tea are provided for the duration of the stay, as are a few refreshing drinks. Thanks to Annemasse train station, you can quickly reach many destinations: • The center of Geneva in about 20 minutes thanks to the Léman Express (CEVA), with frequent trains throughout the day (approximately every 30 minutes). • The center of Geneva is also accessible by tram (line 17), with the stop located at Parc Montessuit, a few minutes' walk from the property. • Geneva International Airport is easily accessible by train. • The main destinations in the Lake Geneva area, such as Lausanne, Montreux, Nyon, Thonon-les-Bains and Évian-les-Bains, are directly connected by the rail network. • The mountain resorts and the most beautiful sites in Haute-Savoie, as well as the Mont-Blanc region. For guests arriving by car, paid street parking is available in the immediate vicinity, at the Annemasse train station. Those who prefer soft mobility will also appreciate the proximity of the Tourist Office and the bike rental services located opposite the train station.
