Comfortable bedroom with a king size bed, air-conditioning - soft natural light and a calm, uncluttered vibe. 2. Clean and spacious bathroom with fresh towels and proper ventilation. 3. Functional kitchenette equipped with an induction, basic cookware, cutlery, mini fridge, and complimentary tea & coffee. 4. Cozy living & seating area with a smart TV for premium entertainment, warm traditional touches and a relaxed ambience - perfect for unwinding after temple visits. 5. Two private balconies, perfect for enjoying morning tea, fresh air or quiet moments while soaking in the calm surroundings of Vrindavan. 6. High-speed WiFi, suitable for work-from-home needs. Guest access Guests will have complete and private access to the entire 1BHK apartment. The apartment is set within a well-maintained, gated community that offers both security and everyday convenience. Step out and you’ll find grocery and general stores, salons - Jawed Habib, cafes, and well-known food spots like Sagar Ratna and Barista. Ordering in is easy too, with Zomato, Swiggy, and Blinkit delivering right to the apartment. Getting around is simple, with autos and e-rickshaws readily available nearby. Despite being well connected, the society feels calm and open with plenty of space and fresh air to relax and slow down. Other things to note 1. Location & Nearby Attractions Indran is conveniently located close to Vrindavan’s key spiritual landmarks. * Prem Mandir is just 1.5–2 km away * ISKCON Temple is approximately 3–4 km from the property * Banke Bihari Temple and other major temples are within a 5 km radius 2. Power Backup Power cuts are common in the area. The apartment is equipped with a dedicated inverter that provides instant backup. Please note that the power backup does not support high-load appliances such as ACs, geysers or the refrigerator. 3. Check-in & Checkout Requests We love hosting and preparing the space thoughtfully for each guest. Early check-ins and late checkouts are generally not possible as this time is needed to clean and reset the apartment for the next stay. We appreciate your understanding. 4. Late Checkout Late checkout till 3 PM may be available at an additional charge, subject to availability of the date and time. 5. Meals & Kitchen Use The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking essentials, utensils and crockery for home-style meals. Currently, meals are not provided but guests are welcome to cook and enjoy food at their own comfort. 6. Sleeping Arrangement The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, with one king size bed in the bedroom, one diwan in the living area and an additional floor mattress provided. 7. Housekeeping Complimentary housekeeping is available between 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM for guests staying more than one night. If you would like housekeeping outside these hours, it can be arranged between 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM at an additional charge (subject to availability). 8. House Rules • Parties are not allowed • Loud noise is not permitted. Please maintain a peaceful environment and respect the society’s quiet hours • Visitors are not allowed to stay on the property between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Overnight stays are strictly limited to the number of guests mentioned in the reservation. • Please wash and neatly place all used dishes and utensils back in their designated areas before checkout. • Smoking is permitted only in the hall balcony • Smoking inside the apartment or in bedroom balconies is strictly prohibited
