The detached house is located on a 1000 m² plot with old trees in a natural location, which is often visited by deer, hares and a variety of birds. The house sleeps up to 5 adults. The non-smoking accommodation, which does not allow pets, offers a pleasant living environment. On the ground floor you will find the bathroom, an additional guest toilet and four rooms: • Bedroom 1 with double bed (160 cm), occupancy: 2 adults • Bedroom 2 with double bed (160 cm) and access to the west terrace, occupancy: 2 adults • Bedroom 3 with bed (140 cm), private sink and access to the south terrace, occupancy: 1 adult or 2 children • Terrace room with desk and sofa bed – ideal if you are taking some work with you on vacation Upstairs is the light-flooded, open-plan living area. The kitchen and dining area offer magnificent views of the ocean and lighthouse. At breakfast at the large dining table, you can watch the busy shipping traffic through the Fehmarn Belt. In the living area there is a large sofa and a TV (32 inch) with satellite connection. From the covered south balcony you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher as well as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and egg cooker. There is crockery and cutlery. For longer stays, a washing machine with dryer function as well as an ironing board, iron and laundry rack are available. WiFi/Internet is available. Outside you will find a large terrace facing south and a smaller terrace in the west of the house. The large lawn is suitable as a sunbathing lawn or playground for the children. For cozy evenings, garden furniture and a charcoal grill are available, but the tenant must clean it himself. There are 2 parking spaces available on the property. You can use the lockable garage to park your bicycles. Feel free to use the 4 available bicycles. However, these are only serviced at the beginning of the season, so the ability to drive cannot be guaranteed. A short walk (about 10 min) through the idyllic village leads you to the natural beach with the famous "Ostseestöpsel" [Baltic Sea plug]. Here you can find the eponymous petrified sea urchins and experience wonderful sunsets. The lighthouse and the dyke with adjacent nature reserve are within an 8-minute walk.
