The ground floor area integrates the living room and kitchen in a compact and functional environment, equipped with essential items for everyday life. The layout was designed to take advantage of every meter with organization and practicality. There is also a private bathroom with a shower. The iron L-shaped staircase reinforces the industrial personality of the vertical design and leads to the bedroom on the upper level, which is more reserved and private. The room is spacious and cozy, with air-conditioning that cools the entire unit, a 50" Smart TV and a desk. ⚠️ Are there any restrictions? Because it is a Tiny House with a vertical layout, VERY TALL people should be careful when climbing the stairs. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR VERY YOUNG CHILDREN OR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY. 💡 Before booking, it's worth knowing: The Tiny House was designed to provide the best experience possible for up to 2 (TWO) PEOPLE. After several requests, we are now accommodating a third person and providing an extra bed. Even so, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CONFIGURATION FOR 3 (THREE) GUESTS, as it reduces the comfort and functionality of the space. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the reserved unit throughout their stay. “Tiny Bem-Te-Vi” is located on the 2nd floor of the Solar D'Ati Building, with access via stairs (there is no elevator). Access to the floor is shared with other units in the building. There are no additional leisure areas or common spaces beyond the internal circulation. Other things to note The accommodation is part of the Solar D'Ati Building, which consists of apartments and tiny houses and functions "like a small residential condominium" with a family atmosphere, where we value good relations between residents and guests. The building follows internal rules that apply to all residents and guests, reinforcing the standard of organization and respect for the space. The main guidelines are described in the house rules. ***READING THEM IS ESSENTIAL*** It is located on a very quiet, dead-end residential street with predominantly local traffic. At the end of the street, there is a tree-lined public square in a monitored residential area, similar to a condominium, which contributes to a calmer and more private environment. ***PLEASE NOTE: Parking is on the street, free of charge and usually easy to find, including in front of the building. There is no reserved private parking spot. The area offers excellent amenities just a few minutes away: major supermarket chains (Guanabara, Prezunic, and Supermarket), drugstore chains (Raia, Drogasmil) and neighborhood pharmacies, the main shopping mall in the area (Center Shopping), gyms (Bodytech, Smart Fit, and others), Praça do Barro Vermelho, where the Lona Cultural Jacob do Bandolim is located, as well as cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and dining hubs.
