The cottage is located in the most desirable location of the Vranov dam, in the Štítarský les cottage settlement. It lies in a quiet place, yet only 100 meters from the water and 500 meters from the main beach, which is the center of all events. The space The cottage is an ideal choice for a quiet holiday in nature near the Vranov dam. It offers a covered terrace with seating, a barbecue and a beautiful view of the forest, where you can enjoy your morning coffee and evening sitting in complete privacy. Inside you will find two separate bedrooms and a living room with a TV, fireplace and sofa bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. From the terrace you enter the fully equipped kitchen, where everything you need for comfortable cooking during your stay is available. Families with children will appreciate the outdoor facilities in front of the cottage. There is a fireplace, Russian bowling, trampoline, swings and sandpit. These elements are shared with the neighboring cottage from our offer, otherwise the building is always only for you. Under the terrace there is a practical cellar suitable for storing bicycles. The access to the cottage is along a forest road and parking is provided directly at the building. The cottage is suitable for families, couples and active guests who want to combine swimming and water sports on the Vranov Dam with cycling trips, sightseeing and relaxation in the forest. Guest access The cottage will be handed over to you in person or made available remotely using an electronic lock. Other things to note The stay begins at 3:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Upon arrival, the client will receive a refundable security deposit of CZK 3,000. For an additional fee: - paddleboard rental and two paddles: 2160CZK/week, for shorter stays 490Kč/night (also suitable for 2 people, load capacity 160kg) - rowboat rental: 1240Kč/week (for shorter stays 240Kč/night, for 3-4 people) - canoe rental: 1240CZK/week (for shorter stays 240CZK/night, for 2-3 people) - rental of folding cribs, linens and high chairs 50Kč/pc/night (load capacity 15kg) - pet: 130Kč/1 animal/night The price includes: - unlimited Wi-Fi internet - unlimited access to the campsite (July - August) - unlimited entrance to the water slide (July - August) - summer cinema (July - August) - animation program (July - August) - car parking - bed linen - water usage The price does not include: - consumption of local products from the minibar - accommodation fee CZK 30/adult/night (over 18 years of age) - energy consumption - wood fire briquettes - BBQ coals or briquettes
