There’s even room to throw up a tent in the yard under the trees The space A bright spacious home on the top of a small hill. Overlooking the Magnetawan River and surrounded by forest, our cottage is a hidden gem. Launch kayaks, a small fishing boat, or paddleboards from our private dock and enjoy the calm water. Spend your evenings by the fire pit while dinner grills on the patio. 2 decks, one at the house and one at the water! This property is ideal for kayakers and adventurers who want to launch for the day and come back to a comfortable and relaxing evening. There are chutes and rapids along the Mag that are perfect for outfitters. Fishing is IDEAL here! Walleye, pike, bass! All around us are even more waterways. Plan ice fishing, snowmobiling, winter adventures and stay in our cozy home. Note - the water is at the bottom of a hill that starts up at the house - it’s a good workout getting back up the hill. We have built a second deck at the water to enable guests to settle in for a gorgeous day on the water without having to put in a butt workout! You can give your muscles a break by meandering to the water through the woods to get down as well. Guest access The house is accessible except for two locked rooms downstairs that are under renovations. It is available to guests while under renovations and we truly appreciate your grace as we improve your stay!
