Located on a slope and further away from the other houses on the property, it offers greater privacy and open views of the natural landscape. It has a private and shaded terrace, ideal for outdoor dining and moments of rest in total tranquility. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the house and its private terrace. There is a private parking area right next to the house. Access is easy, being made by only 200 meters of dirt road from the tar road. Other things to note Monte Labarito is a quiet space, ideal for rest and contact with nature. Not suitable for parties or excessive noise.
