The Clock House, studio apartment

This one-bedroom, first-floor studio apartment is appointed to the highest standard and features a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, king sized bed, a comfortable seating area and a beautifully appointed bathroom with separate bath and large walk-in shower. There is an outside terrace on the ground floor overlooking the kitchen garden. Sleeps a maximum of 4 guests, with two sleeping on the sofa bed, which we would recommend is more suited for two children. Private parking available. The space Located in the grounds of Farlam Hall Hotel, 12.5 miles south-east of Carlisle and only a few miles from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Hadrian’s Wall, the North Pennines and the Scottish Borders. Treatments are available to book at our on-site Sycamore Retreat, offering a variety of GAIA Skincare treatments or, if you are looking for something a bit more active then country pursuits such as golf, hiking, fishing, cycling and clay-pigeon shooting are also available locally. There is a fully equipped kitchen but guests are more than welcome to make a reservation to dine in our Michelin-starred Cedar Tree Restaurant (Wednesday-Saturday) or Bistro Enkel (Sunday-Tuesday). The property consists of: - A studio apartment with a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with separate full-sized bath and walk-in shower, with Molton Brown toiletries. - An open plan lounge area with smart TV and Tivoli digital radio. - A fully fitted kitchen with everything that you would need, Nespresso coffee machine, dining table to seat 4 guests. Basic cleaning products will be provided. - Terrace on the ground floor with bistro style seating for 4 guests. No BBQs or open fires permitted. Complimentary wifi throughout the property. Linen, towels and robes will be provided. Parking available, with electric car charging available at the main hotel (fees apply). Guest access The entire apartment is yours to enjoy and feel free to wander around the beautiful grounds. Other things to note We ask that guests respect our peaceful setting and our neighbours. No parties and no smoking indoors.
