Private Annex in Seer Green - Close to central London and Heathrow airport The space A bright, private annex in Seer Green, one of Buckinghamshire’s most tranquil villages. Self-contained with its own entrance, the space offers privacy, comfort and a calm rural setting while being only a 20-30 minute train journey to London Marylebone via Seer Green station (5 minute walk). The annex features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe space. The living room includes a pull out double sofa bed, smart TV including Netflix and a dining table. The annex also has a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom with bath/shower, reliable Wi-Fi, heating throughout for year-round comfort and gated driveway parking. Positioned within a gated property, the setting is exceptionally secure and quiet. We live on site in the main house and are available if needed, while fully respecting guests’ privacy. The property is also conveniently located for Heathrow Airport (30 minute drive). Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross and High Wycombe are nearby towns offering easy access to shops, restaurants and many local amenities. Please note the Annex is accessed via one flight of stairs. Pets are welcomed with a £25 fee per stay. Guest access Gated property with lock box containing annex door key.
