Flat Playabella, between Puerto Banus and Estepona

The modern apartment “Playabella” is situated on Playabella-Guadalmansa near Estepona and is only a few meters from the beach. The 50 m² apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a safe, air conditioning and a television. The sandy beach “Playabella” is only 50m from the apartment, and you will find some restaurants and a café within 1-3 minutes on foot (100-250 m), while the nearest supermarket is a 6-minute drive away. City bus stops are 2 minutes away. A 13-minute drive (12.4 km) from the apartment, Estepona awaits you with many more cafés and restaurants in the charming historical centre, as well as with its popular sandy beach. Furthermore, it is a 50-minute drive (60 km) to Gibraltar and the international airport, as well as a 45-minute drive or 70 km to Málaga airport. Pablo Picasso’s native city Málaga with its many sights, museums, lovely architecture and the port can be explored after a 55-minute drive (76 km). Street parking is available. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. An extra sofa bed in the living room is available on request.
