ON THE SHORES OF THE GULF OF MORBIHAN, HOUSE WITH GARDEN

You'll love my place because of its location close to the exceptional views of the Gulf (80 M), its wonderful small beaches, various activities suitable for families (sailing, kayaking, bike paths, walks, star boat) and far from major roads. The comfort of my house and its large family garden will seduce you!!! My place is perfect for couples and families with children. The space The villa is a terraced house. Its living area is 66 m2 and its construction dates back to 1999. Repeated in part in 2021. From the side of the southwest bedroom of the first floor as well as the garden, we have the view of the Gulf of Morbihan. The house includes four pieces and a mezzanine area. Sleeping arrangements and furniture ( very good condition) are available for six people (one bed of two people x 140(bedding from 2015), two twin beds x 90 and one double bed of 2x80 in the mezzanine ). The heating is providedby wall electric convector heaters, plus a wood-burning stove. The integrated distribution is as follows: a large room, on the garden level, with fully equipped American kitchen (cabinets, countertop, double tray, induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, beater...), living room area (two comfy armchairs, one sofa bed) and dining room area (teak table for eight guests) . A toilet with a handwasher on the ground floor and a second toilet in the shower room on the first floor . Two bedrooms on the first floor and a mezzanine served by a staircase, forming a second floor. There is storage in each room. The garden, about 2000 m2, is collective to the four houses forming the long. Tenants can freely access this garden and have the ability to park only one car on the property.(a communal parking lot is close for a second car) e linen (towels, duvet covers, pillowcases, ...) are not provided. However, it is possible to rent them in the village of Arzon, or check with me directly (off-season it is possible) WE ASK EACH PERSON TO DO THE CLEANING ON DEPARTURE They will make the house in a very good state of cleanliness without changing the furniture layout Guest access Private terrace with sun loungers, barbecue, garden furniture. Large family garden where you can play football , badminton..., the garage with the washing machine in common to the 4 houses. Other things to note Cleaning and linens are not included.
