The Lily Féliz, a pretty village house between Rodez and Albi

My house is old and has been restored recently. It is located in the heart of the village of Centrès, in the Aveyron, near many pretty sites to visit. It totals 130 m2 on two levels including 120 accessible. Full of light, it combines noble materials (wood, lime) and colors (ruby red on the frames outside and blue, white and off-white on the inside). It consists on the first level of a living room / dining-room with wood stove, a very cozy kitchen, two bedrooms and a small bathroom with bath. On the second level, there is a toilet, an attic room and an artist's studio (I am a puppeteer and visual artist) with a work plan in front of a large bay window that gives light and view. The heating is provided by a pellet boiler (a neighbor ensures that you have warm), which is in the laundry room, on the ground floor, where you will also find the washing machine. The house is surrounded by a garden of 2000 m2 with trees, 2 terraces and a vegetable garden
