The apartment is on the 2nd floor in the attic and is a new building from the year 2025. The apartment has underfloor heating and many windows that make the apartment very bright. The bed is currently still a 2x2 meter mattress on the floor, but very cozy. There is also a workplace in the bedroom. The open kitchen-living room has everything else you need: a cozy sofa, a large dining area overlooking the garden and a fully equipped kitchen.
