Under the heavens on top of Ærø! View to 3 oceans with incredible sunsets. My house is 100m2, open and light, lots of windows and big sliding doors from the sunroom to the large South sloping garden. It is in the countryside and very private. Downhill from me is Skovby, a romantic village w. farm shops providing fresh eggs, vegetables, berries, jam etc. There are many small artisans all over the Island and a lovely mix population-wise of friendly locals and Ærø-lovers from all over the World. Guest access The house has 2 apartements. During summer I´ll be in the West room for periods of time. The two apartements are effectively closed off from each other with sound-proof, locked doors seperating them. I will respect your privacy and expect you also to respect mine :-) You can always contact me by sms if you need help, inspiration or guidance. The back parking area, can accomodate 2 cars and The very western and southern part of the park like garden and the area West of the house is private , including the Canada-cabin. The large porch, the glassed in veranda and the garden area around your space will be your private area :-) There are morningsun-spots and view-spots around the house from the entrance all around the eastern end and to the south-facing porch - which connects to the glassed in veranda.
