Enjoy total privacy, as the entire house is rented just for you and your companions. We have 3 bedrooms so you can enjoy the privacy you deserve. It's ideal for families and groups of friends. We are centrally located, so it's very convenient and practical to visit any point in the city or its surroundings. We also have a private garage and a 24/7 video surveillance system outside the house for your greater security. The space I'll briefly tell you about the layout of the house and some of the services we offer to ensure you have a pleasant stay. We have 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a full bathroom and a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, and the 3rd has a double bed. The latter two share a full bathroom. All rooms have a TV, hot/cold A/C, a closet and a small desk for a work area. And for the warm weather of the city that characterizes us, we have A/C in the living/dining room. Also, at the end of your activities, enjoy a break in a room with a 75" screen, IZZI and Netflix. Finally, we offer you a spacious kitchen equipped for your needs. Guest access Our guests can use all areas of the house during their stay. Our accommodation has a covered, private and fully enclosed garage to offer you greater security and comfort. We also have a large patio in the back of the house, fully enclosed and secure, that can be used as a recreation area for children and pets. (Not yet equipped with furniture for gatherings.)
