Great for walkers. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful apartment located in Coolham, West Sussex. Super king size bed with memory foam mattress. Three seater recliner sofa and tv in living area. Just a few minutes walk along a pavement to a great little local pub, 10 minutes drive to get to the Downs links & 15 minutes drive to South Downs. Please note that you can park up to 2 cars off the road on the gated driveway but the garage is not available. The space One bedroom apartment with bedroom, living dining area and shower room upstairs and kitchen downstairs with a breakfast bar. Apologies but the apartment is not suitable for children under 12 as there is an open galleried staircase with wide stairs & no gate, a glass dining table, no bath, light grey carpet & light beige suedette sofa & there is only the one bed! Strictly no smoking or vaping inside apartment. Guest access The phone signal in Coolham is rubbish so please verify your directions before you head here! You can park 2 cars on the driveway but there is no access to garage for any vehicles. Other things to note Bed linen & towels provided. Please ask if there are no towels because I have been known to leave them in the dryer!
