Access is via an external staircase that leads to the entrance of the house. On the first floor is the living area with a sofa bed and a relaxation area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a balcony, as well as an anteroom and a bathroom with a washing machine. An internal staircase leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms, both with balconies; one of the bedrooms can be used both as a double and as a twin. There is also a second bathroom on this floor. The house is equipped with air conditioning in the living area and in both bedrooms, to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The house is ideal for 4 people: it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. However, it can accommodate up to 6 guests thanks to the sofa bed in the living area. Pinna's House is the ideal solution for those who want to spend a comfortable and relaxing stay. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home (there will be no other guests or strangers). You will have access to the kitchen, the relaxation area, the balconies, and the bedroom. HOUSE RULES AND HOSPITALITY: Bed arrangement: the house is prepared according to the number of registered people. For stays of 2 people, only the main double bedroom will be prepared. The use of additional beds or rooms is not permitted unless agreed in advance with a surcharge. SAFETY AND RECORDS: Due to legal obligations (Police Headquarters), access to the property is strictly reserved for registered guests.
