Homestay - 24h

Homestay: sleeps 2 people in 140 x 190, shared bathroom with myself and possibly the tenants of the second bedroom. Easy parking, terrace, garden. The house is located in Pruillé-le-Chétif (countryside commune in the first crown of Le Mans), 15/20 minutes from the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. A key box will allow you to be autonomous for comings and goings during the rental period, however I will be present at check-in and check-out. The space Single-story house composed of an entrance with a corridor serving the different living rooms: - a kitchen - a living / dining room - a bathroom (walk-in shower) - Restrooms - 3 Bedrooms A cellar and a garage with a motorized door complete the set. Outside a terrace and garden. Guest access Access to the various living rooms, bathrooms and exteriors will be given to tenants. The goal is to offer a pleasant stay. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Linens and towels too 😉 During your stay Before booking, I will answer any of your questions via the app, then I will offer my mobile number to make your stay easier. Other things to note Passionate about cats, several cats 🐈‍⬛ live in my home (indoors and outdoors). Please note, if you have allergies... Breakfast is included in the room rate. You will have access to the kitchen, I will be there and available to help you but will also know how to be discreet. Linens and towels are also included 😉
