Recent accommodation in a charming quiet cottage. The view over the entire valley, Mont Blanc, and as far as La Tournette offers a magnificent panorama in every season. The accommodation is located above the hamlet of Molliessoulaz, 20 minutes from Albertville. The place is ideal for hiking or skiing, and is 30 minutes from the ski resorts. The space 4-Bedroom Apartment + Living Room + Kitchen + Bathroom + Shower Room + Toilet + Veranda + Sauna + Games Room + Terraces We offer for rent, a beautiful space of 200 m2 arranged as below: Level 2, 105 m2 apartment with: - Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed. Storage and baby bed. 9 m2 - Bedroom 2: 160 cm bed. Convenient and access to the balcony with views of the valley and Mont Blanc. 9 m2. - Bedroom 3 (level 3): Dormitory in closed mezzanine of 25 m on the ground. Attic, low ceiling, ideal for children. Sleeping on the floor: 1 double bed 160 + 3 single beds. - A large 67-meters (67-square-foot) living room with: a wood-burning stove, home theater, 7-seater sofa, open-plan kitchen, dining area, and access to the balcony. - Bathroom with bathtub. - Separate toilet. On level 1 (ground floor from the road) you will find: - A 10 m2 entrance, with storage and wardrobes - A shower room with toilet - Access to the barn – secluded but unheated: games room (foosball, ping-pong table, darts), ski storage, washing machine, and dryer. On level 0 (access by interior stairs): - Access to the veranda and terraces - Sauna (3-5 people) - Bedroom 4: with a 140-cm bed, very small but charming, with views on 3 sides. The chalet is ideal for accommodating 10 people, but on request, a sleeping area for 2 can be arranged in the living room play area (in addition to the sofa that remains available). The entire chalet is 370 m2 on four levels and is composed of two distinct parts. The old part, occasionally lent to our families, and the newly built part of 200 m2 accessible only for rent. Renters have access to 7 parking spots, as well as 80 m2 of terraces. The recently completed work was designed for rental, but also for our own comfort when we are on site (currently expatriated). You will find everything you need for your children, babies, aperitifs and outdoor meals (garden furniture, deckchairs), but also our decorations and travel souvenirs. Each room is equipped with an electric radiator, and the wood stove provides additional and friendly heating in the living room. The large barbecue/braziere, a home cinema with a projector and a 5.1 sound system, and a sauna will enhance your stay. So many amenities that we would like you to take care of as if it were your own home. Explanatory videos will help you take control of this equipment as well as the entire premises. In summer, the flowers, the fountain, and the many fruit trees in the garden will add a little extra to your stay. We are available to chat and hope you will enjoy this place we love. Guest access Access is via the Molliessoulaz road. The accommodation is above the hamlet of Molliessoulaz, 20 minutes from the highway and Albertville. - The Frachemard road is cleared of snow by the municipality in winter. - 5 parking spaces are available on premises. Location → 1 hour 50 minutes from Lyon and Geneva -> 30 minutes from the resorts (Bisanne 150, Les Saisies, or Arêches-Beaufort) The place is ideal for starting hiking or skiing trips. The “Gîte de Molliessoulaz” is located 100 meters above the chalet and offers sleeping accommodations, bar service in the evening, and excellent meals (by reservation). Other things to note No pets allowed. This is a rule we ask you to follow very strictly, as we are severely allergic. (Possible allergenic trace on the veranda: A cat slept there in 2025)
