Ad-free Netflix account included and high-speed fiber Wi-Fi! ✓ Sleeping arrangements (up to 6 people): One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), plus a double bed (140 cm) and a comfortable sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room, separated by a room divider. ✓ Dedicated workspace: A desk is set up in the room to allow you to work in complete tranquility. ✓ Entertainment: Ad-free Netflix access and high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi. ✓ Fully equipped kitchen: Dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules and tea provided for a smooth start), and everything you need to prepare your meals. ✓ Comfort and linens: Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as shampoo and shower gel. ✓ For families: A travel crib and a high chair are available free of charge upon request, as well as children's games and books. ✓ Pet-friendly (no cats). This is something to consider for the privacy of your group. ✓ Access to the property: The apartment is on the ground floor, but access from the parking lot is via an external metal staircase with 6 small steps and a handrail. ✓ Heating: The heating system is remotely managed to optimize energy consumption.
