Other things to note All rules are in place based on past experiences and help maintain the quality of the home and respect the residential society. **VERY IMPORTANT** 🪪 Government-approved IDs of all staying guests must be shared before 48 hrs check-in so they can be submitted to society security. Without ID submission, entry will not be permitted. 🚫 Illegal activities of any kind (including gambling, prostitution, drug use, or unlawful gatherings) are strictly prohibited on the property. Any such activity will result in immediate termination of stay without refund and may be reported to authorities. Guests are fully responsible for their actions and consequences. 🔑 This is a self check-in property. Please carefully follow the instructions shared on the Airbnb app under “How to Get Inside.” Do not ring the doorbell. 🧹 Daily cleaning is provided during scheduled hours. Please allow housekeeping access. 👥 Only booked guests are allowed inside the apartment and society premises 🔇 This is a peaceful residential society - no parties, loud music, or gatherings are allowed. 🏊 Society amenities such as the pool, gym, and indoor games must be used strictly as per society timings and rules. Management may restrict access if rules are violated. ❄️ AC is available in both bedrooms and the living room. Please switch off AC and lights when stepping out. Only one AC in the living room works, which is perfect enough for cooling! 🧺 Washer and dryer are available for guest use. Please use responsibly and avoid overloading. 🚭 No smoking inside the apartment. 📹 Tampering with CCTV or security devices will attract a ₹500 fine and may result in immediate cancellation. ⏰ Early check-in is possible only by booking the previous night. ⚠️ Non-compliance with house or society rules may result in fines or early termination of the stay without refund.
